Apple Sundae with Mascarpone


    * 250g Galbani Santa LuciaŽ Mascarpone or Mascarpone Light
    * 100g vanilla flavoured custard
    * 2 apples
    * 50 g sugar
    * 100 ml white wine
    * a pinch of cinnamon.

Cut the peeled apples into small pieces and cook them for 15 minutes, adding 50g of sugar, apinch of cinnamon and white wine.

When cool, liquidise and add Galbani Mascarpone and the custard. Pour the mousse into single serving bowls and refrogerate. Garnish with thin slices of apple and cinnamon.
