Gorgonzola Eccellenza® is a DOP Italian cheese, fruit of Galbani's tradition and experience. It is a lightly blue veined and medium ripened, very creamy and easy to spread.
Eccellenza® is made with pasteurised cow’s milk from the area under the Protection Authority of Gorgonzola Cheese.
Its character and creamy taste is especially appreciated by fragrant blue cheese connoisseurs. Thanks to its re-sealable pack, Eccellenza® can be preserved perfectly after opening and maintains its taste for any use, on a slice of bread, in salads, on pizzas, in pasta dishes and on top of vegetables gratin.
To keep refrigerated at max + 4°C.
