Couscous is ideal in salads or as an accompaniment to any grilled or roasted meat, fish or chicken.
Instructions for use :
Dosage : 125 g serves 2 people
To cook : In a frying pan, bring 250 ml of water with 1 tsp salt to a boil, adding 1 tsp of oil per serving.
Remove from heat and add 250 g of couscous, stirring gently. Allow it to sit for three minutes.
Add a pat of butter and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently with a fork.
